Below is skeleton database for CARs. Before you do CARs you must first learn how to irradiate. See the red box below.
There's one primary mobilization for each joint, starting with the neck. I recommend watching the videos in order (starting with breathing and irradiation). It’s difficult to talk about this stuff abstractly. I introduce terms and techniques as I go along, and I don't reteach them every time I mention them.
Also, I’m keeping this initial breakdown rather basic, but know this world is vast. For instance, I’m gonna show you shoulder CARs from a standing position, but, as mentioned, they can also be done from a kneeling position, a lying position, a quadruped position… the possibilities are vast.
Do CARs daily. Do 2-5 reps each direction, for your entire body, to maintain. Do more to improve.
Avoid compensations. Brace yourself. Irradiate. And film yourself doing CARs every once in a while.
Avoid pinching pain, especially closing angle pain.
