Zero to Barbell

Zero to Barbell is an aptitude test that will identify the weak, stiff, and tight areas of your body preventing you from doing basic barbell exercises with efficient technique (“good form” doesn’t exist). Zero to Barbell will also reveal when basic barbell exercises are bullying you into positions you can't control and increasing your odds of injury.
