Morning 3-D ROTATIONS. Was able to squeeze in most of my misfit work today. TIB RAISES, CALF RAISES, KOT CALF RAISES, J CURLS, REVERSE CRUNCHES, SIDE CRUNCHES, REVERSE SQUATS, and BRIDGE PUSH-UPS. DINNER was a sandwich consisting of pork and macaroni and cheese in between two pieces of very buttery bread (that I don't remember eating). Also, sweet potato fries (that I don't remember eating). Also, a cinnamon roll (that I don't remember eating).
